I just returned to Midland on Sunday after being in Pea Ridge, AR for a few days for Mark and Mollie's wedding.  It was great to see everyone, the ceremony was beautiful, and I honestly could not be happier for those two!

But being there got me thinking about how sometimes it can be kind of weird to see people you haven't seen in a long time.  Especially if they were your really good, probably even one of your best friends.  And it's really sad when you realize how apart you have grown from them and that things aren't ever going to be like they were between you.  And you don't even know what to say to them....but it really makes you sad that they aren't in your life anymore and that through all the things you wish they were there for..........they weren't.

But I guess that's life.
